I had a truly wonderful experience at Erzberg in Zürs. The hospitality was outstanding, with the team going out of their way to make my stay memorable, and the location couldn't be better for skiing enthusiasts. The food was exceptional, both in variety and presentation. However, the pillows could use a little improvement, as they were a bit too flat for my liking.

Rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, while the strategic location makes it easy to hit the slopes. I particularly loved the variety and creativity in the dining options. On the downside, I wish the dining arrangement allowed for more flexibility, and some guests might miss a livelier atmosphere outside the ski hours.
